How can I amend 2015 tax returns on my I-Pad?

I got a letter from LA Dept of Revenue stating they made a mistake on the calculation for 1099G for tax year 2015 and I need to amend. Can I do this on an I pad? My work computer will not allow me to load the software and I do not have a home computer. In fact, I file most returns from my I-pad. Thanks, Alice

TurboTax prior-year programs can only be installed on a Windows or Mac computer. The TurboTax mobile app and Online platforms that can be used on an iPad only support filing and amending for the current tax year.
