TurboTax is telling me that it cannot print or file my Illinois return because the forms are not final. Is that true?

IF that doesn't work...

...delete the following files from the 2018 TurboTax Basic forms folder:

 ilif01.1pe, ilif02.1pe. These forms are dated 12/10/18  Delete the two files   ilif01.1pe, ilif02.1pe   all dated 12/10/18.

  location was C:\Program Files (x86)\TurboTax\Basic 2018\Forms\ili_18 for these

turbo tax is telling me I can not print or finalize my 2020 Illinois Partnership return because forms have not been finalized.  when will this be done?

Please make sure your version of TurboTax is up-to-date. 

In TurboTax CD/Download, you will be prompted to download any updates available when you open the program.  You can also update the program while you have it open by following these steps:

1. Click on the Online link in the black bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Check for Updates.
3. TurboTax will download and install any updates available.  If there aren't any updates, you will receive the message "Your software is up to date."
