Turbotax is supposed to refund my filing fees but have not seen it yet. how long does it take?

Did you speak to Customer Support and they issued a refund for your filing fees? If so, for the status you will need to reach back out to support for status. 

What is the TurboTax phone number? 

If you are referring to your tax refund, you can track the status of your tax refund on the IRS Where's My Refund site. You will need your SSN, filing status, and exact refund amount. The Where's My Refund site has the most up-to-date information regarding the status of your tax return and a specific date of when to expect your refund.
