Turbotax is saying I am not eligible to pay with my refund?

Turbotax has been giving me the run around everytime I try to file my taxes and pay with my refund.

This is the message:

"We're sorry. We checked and it looks like you're not eligible to pay with your refund. We can help you with other payment options so you can get your refund as soon as possible. Proceed to the next step to continue the payment process"

I have been able to pay in the past this way. I have already called customer service and I couldnt get it resolved. The refund is large enough to cover all the fees. Ive seen multiple people have the same issue with no resolution yet. I need an answer on how to resolve this now.

To be eligible for a Refund Transfer you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Federal refund should cover TurboTax fees.
• Federal return e-filed with final tax forms.
• No Form 8888 filed.
• Valid U.S. street address provided (not a PO Box).
• The filer (and spouse, if applicable) must be 18 or older.

My return meets all the required criteria. What would be the next step? Can someone override the error and help me file?

Has this been resolved?  Or is there a workaround?  I’m getting the same error messsge today and customer service rep I spoke with had no answer.

Two things that @SharonD007 did not mention are:

1. There is a bank fee that is also charged
2. You can't request a paper check.  
3. It must be deposited so that fees can be taken out.
