Turbotax is not recognizing my bank's name or URL - what do I do?

If you are trying to enter a 1099 form, you can always type the form information in manually. On the screen where you are being asked for a bank name, scroll down and select the "I'll Type in in Myself" button. See a sample screenshot below.
