You can enter the total amount of the loan. If the two of you are splitting the deductions, you can both enter the total amount of the loan, but then split the mortgage interest and property taxed paid.

You can enter the total amount of the loan. If the two of you are splitting the deductions, you can both enter the total amount of the loan, but then split the mortgage interest and property taxed paid.
