A tax return is the Form 1040 that you file. A tax refund is the money you get back from the IRS if you paid the IRS too much. Is your refund too high?
How do you know it is incorrect? We cannot see your screen, your tax return or your account. TurboTax is do-it-yourself tax software --so the calculations are based on the data you entered. Have you checked all of the amounts you entered and looked for typos, misplaced decimals and extra zeros?
Are you working on your 2019 return using desktop software? Use Forms mode to look at your forms. You might spot your error(s) there.
Did the IRS send less refund than expected ? Did they audit/change the return ? If so what changed ?
If there is a $7,600 miscalculation on your tax return, IRS will probably notice that and adjust your return and your refund accordingly. You should wait to see what they do.
But, if you did not file yet, never mind.
