I completed my Fed and Oregon taxes and filed them electronically. Both were accepted. But when I try to print a copy of my returns the program hangs and I have to Force Quit. I have tried everything. I rebooted my computer. I reinstalled TurboTax. I've managed to print a few selected forms, but the program still freezes if I try to print my entire return, or my State return for that matter. I've tried about a dozen times using different approaches. My returns will load and I can view them from within TurboTax. They look fine. The file doesn't appear to be corrupted. But it WILL NOT PRINT. Not too useful, is it?

The response I received was entirely non-responsive to the issue I described and appeared to have been generated automatically by an algorithm. Telling me to reboot my computer and printer - considering the text of my reported problem - was ridiculous. Every time I try to print a form - any form - and especially my return, TurboTax hangs and has to be force-quit. It crashes! It becomes as non-responsive as the solution that was suggested. I'm a sophisticated computer user with about 20 years of experience with Intuit products. Answers like this are actually insulting. The problem is within TurboTax, not in my computer, printer, or brain. This is like my doctor telling me that I don't have the Corona virus ... probably just a defective thermometer.
In the absence of meaningful support perhaps the solution is to use a different software product.
