TurboTax filed my taxes and I paid for them, but Irs did not receive them. Something went wrong. Please help me fix this.

It is possible that you did not finished your return.  If you used TurboTax Online, you can see the status of your return on  the Tax Home screen of your account.  You should have also received emails updating you on your return status.  

 

If you used TurboTax Desktop:

Select File.

Select Check E-file status.

 

Once your return is accepted, you can visit the IRS Where's My Refund? to check the status of your refund.  Most efiled returns take 21 days to process.

Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?

 

When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.  And check your spam folder for them.

 

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  What does it say?
