Turbotax filed my return on March1, 2019. IRS has no record of filing. What happened?

Did you E-file your tax return? Go to our e-file status lookup tool to get your current status. If it shows accepted by the IRS and there is no record on the Where's My Refund? site, make sure to only enter your federal income amount, not federal and state combined. Another important factor can be if you are married filing jointly and make sure you are using the Social Security Number for the name that appears first on the return. 

If still no record, wait and try again. The IRS Where's My Refund? tool updates every 24 hours. It is normal, while the IRS is processing the return and updating, to temporarily not be able to view your status also.

Here is the general timeline of e-filed returns:

Transmission > Acceptance > Processing > Approval > Refund.

If this is not the case, another possibility is, the print and mail option was chosen, rather than E-file. If so you can change this by following the TurboTax FAQ below:
