Turbotax does not find my bank. It is the same bank as last year. I have tried by name and by web address. What’s up?

What are you trying to do? Are you trying to enter banking information for direct deposit? Or for something else? If your bank is not in a drop down list, then choose "I'll type it in myself" and enter your information by hand.

Thank you. I did evetually find that option. It was off the bottom of my iPad screen.
