TurboTax did not complete my 2017 1040 form correctly. It did not include my state tax refund which was entered. How do I get compensated for the IRS penalty/interest?

Understand that TurboTax does not and will not complete a return for anyone under any circumstances. There are no exceptions. TurboTax only provides the software so that the user can prepare their own tax return, and file their own tax return. However, things do happen that result in a legitimate claim - always programming errors. See the below to file a claim.
