Turbotax deluxe 2019 State download not working

Trying to download state file for Misssouri for 2019 desktop mac.

2018 downloaded

2020 downloaded

but in 2019, I get this message and it hangs.

TurboTax no longer supports or provides updates for 2019 software.  Sorry---you cannot download or update 2019 now.   It will not work.   What are you trying to do?

I had previous version of 2018 and it worked.

I paid for 2019 Deluxe + state to do back taxes.  and now I can't download the Missouri file?

Sorry----how long ago did you purchase that software?  TT stopped supporting 2019 software over a year ago.

And....any refund for a 2019 tax return has been forfeited.  If you owe tax due for 2019, you still need to pay---with interest and penalties.   If you are way behind in filing your tax returns----you only have until April 15 to file 2020 or you will forfeit that refund.   

You might want to seek local paid tax help to catch up on your tax returns.  

 Do you even have all of the documents you will need to enter and show your income—like your W-2’s and any 1099’s?

yup.  like I said, i had no issues doing this with version 2018 and 2020, so it is weird that only 2019 doesn't work.

not looking for tax advice, just looking for the software that I bought to download.  I don't need support, but the Missouri file should be available.
