If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and if your Federal refund has been delayed unusually long at the IRS (or if it's been reduced), TurboTax will want to be paid. They likely started sending you emailed bills to pay. If you don't respond by either paying or asking for a deferment, they will ultimately debit your bank account. If you can't pay now and wish to ask for a deferment, you need to do so quickly.
See this FAQ that explains the process. The first paragraph of the FAQ has a special phone number if you have a question or have a hardship and need to ask for a deferment.
Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern), Mon-Fri
If you need to ask for a deferment, you should call them as soon as possible. Once they actually start the debit process, they say they can't stop it.
FAQ: Why was my bank account auto-debited for the TurboTax fees?
Did the IRS release the refund yet? https://www.irs.gov/refunds
Paying your TurboTax fees and the issuance of your refund by the IRS and/or state are not connected. The IRS/state do not know or care whether you paid your TurboTax fees. That does not affect when they issue your refund. If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees from your federal refund, there is a limit to how long TT will wait for those fees to be paid. If you chose to have the fees deducted from your refund, then you signed an agreement that allows TT to take the fees from your account ---even if the IRS has not issued your refund yet.
You can track your federal and state refunds on the refund sites:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

To track your state refund:

TURBOTAX TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT
Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive? Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account. TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.
