Turbo Tax turned in my tax return on Feb 12. Since then I have tried to check the status of the refund and there is no info about the refund. May I get some help

I have used where’s my refund and the IRS2GO app.  I get messages like this:  we cannot provide any information about your refund

@JR609 Please first verify that your E-file status does show accepted, to ensure your return was submitted. If your E-file shows "Accepted by the IRS, be sure you are entering your Federal Refund amount only, before any fees if applicable. Also, if you are filing joint, enter the filers social security number that appears first. 

 I would suggest to keep checking back on the IRS Where’s My Refund? tool, as there may be a issue or update happening, as I have seen others reporting the same on the IRS tool.

You may also try contacting the IRS, TurboTax does not receive any information regarding your tax return once it has been "Accepted" by the IRS. Please see their contact information in the following link: How do I contact the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)?
