@JR609 Please first verify that your E-file status does show accepted, to ensure your return was submitted. If your E-file shows "Accepted by the IRS, be sure you are entering your Federal Refund amount only, before any fees if applicable. Also, if you are filing joint, enter the filers social security number that appears first.
I would suggest to keep checking back on the IRS Where’s My Refund? tool, as there may be a issue or update happening, as I have seen others reporting the same on the IRS tool.
You may also try contacting the IRS, TurboTax does not receive any information regarding your tax return once it has been "Accepted" by the IRS. Please see their contact information in the following link: How do I contact the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)?
