1095-A, 8962, and 1040 Schedule 5. Turbo Tax never informed me I had to send these forms in.

You didn't complete the health care interview correctly.  A 1095-A is issued to you if you obtain insurance coverage from the marketplace and receive a subsidy.  Form 8962 and schedule 3 are created by Turbotax when you tell the program about your ACA insurance plan; and are used to reconcile the subsidy (and receive a bigger subsidy or pay it back, if that is required based on your income.)

If you did not report having Marketplace insurance, that's your mistake.  If you did not get your 1095-A in the mail, contact your insurer for a copy.

In Turbotax, follow the instructions to prepare an amended return, and add the information about your marketplace insurance plan and your subsidy.  Then read the IRS letter carefully, sometimes they want you to mail the entire amended return and sometimes they only want you to mail the specific pages or forms they mention.
