How can i file taxes from 2012

i got a letter stating that my federal taxes are being held until i file my 2012 taxes. i login in here to file like normal and i dont see anywhere listed to file again

Turbo Tax Software is available only back to 2013. To file a 2012 tax return you will need to complete the return manually.
