Turbo tax says accepted but the IRS website says received. Which site is right?

If it had not been accepted, it would not show up at the IRS website at all.  It would tell you that it could not find your information.

You can doublecheck the efile status, if you wish, with this tool:

https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp

Otherwise, keep watching the WMR website occasionally, or there is an app IRS2Go there.
