Turbo tax mailed me check off for return of a service I didn’t request on March 8 -25 but I still haven’t gotten my check
Nothing account-specific can be handled in this public Internet forum. You need to phone TurboTax Support for help with any account billing issues. You would need to ask them how long it usually takes and what date the check was actually put in the mail (if it has been).
