Turbo tax made an error on my tax return, how do I amend my taxes

What tax year are you referring to and what is the error on the tax return?

I received a letter stating that dude to an error, my year-over-year data didn't transfer over into my current tax return, and as a result certain tax calculations may be incorrect. I have tried getting in touch with customer service, but it says that since I dont' have live support they can't help me, even though it was not my fault.
