Turbo Tax download to amend 2020 return

While doing my 2021 return, I discovered that I did not receive stimulus check #1.  I understand I need to amend my 2020 return to claim it.  However, I have changed computers and do not have Turbo Tax 2020 on my new computer.  I do have a copy of the return on my new computer.  I have the email where I purchased the download with the code, however Turbo Tax will not let me download it again onto my new computer.  How can I get an exception to download it again so I can amend my return?  Or what are my other options?  Thanks for your help.

You should be able to download and activate your software on up to 5 computers.  Which error message displays when you attempt to enter the license code? You may want to double-check you entered the code correctly. For more information, please see this TurboTax help article: My code doesn't work

Software I purchased is for 1 user.  When I try to download to new computer, I get message - It appears you have reached your download limit for this purchase.  I don't get to the point to enter the license code.  Any suggestion on how to proceed would be appreciated.
