Turbo tax did not enter the estimated taxes I paid. How can I add it to the 1040 form. They say once I paid I can’t amend it.?

Not a CPA but I think at this point you'd wait to hear from the IRS.  They know you paid ES taxes and have a credit against your account and will adjust your return.

But your post isn't clear as to what stage in the filing process that you are at now:

1)   .did you actually "transmit" your tax file to the IRS (&State?)....i.e. it's been filed?

2)  OR...did you just pay the fee for the software itself, and haven't actually e-filed yet?
