Turbo tax did my taxes online but they didn't efile them i can't print them off my phone how do I efile them so they get to irs

To clarify, did you have a TurboTax tax expert prepare your return?

I don't know it was the free one online

Why can't you efile?  Did you continue to the very end?  Though the FILE tab, though the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?  Try to efile again.  You will need your 2019 AGI.  If you didn't file 2019 or it rejects then enter 0 for the AGI to efile.  

If it says you have to mail your return you can try to switch to efile.  Click on Add a State to let you back into your return
