Turbo tax advance

I just filed my taxes. My federal tax return was accepted at 3pm. I was approved for the tax advance and haven't received anything? I was approved for the credit karma debit card to.

The Refund Advance loan, along with the balance of your refund (after deducting the loan & any TurboTax fees), will be deposited to your Credit Karma Money Spend account. You should receive a temporary online debit card from Credit Karma to access the account, along with other ways to transfer money from the Money Spend account to other accounts; they will mail you a permanent Visa debit card to access the account.

I was accepted Friday 4:30 pm and nothing. Been back and forth all day with turbo tax credit karma and first century bank and no one has a straight answer. Not to mention I was made to get the credit karma car after using my turbo tax intuit card for ten years now.
