Turbo says I received my tax refund but I haven't received it at all.

It's says on the IRS to go app they have it and it is being processed

On the TurboTax Tax Home website the tax refund date is only an Estimate.  It is based on the IRS Target of issuing a tax refund within 21 days after the IRS receives the tax return.  It is not a Guarantee.

Only the IRS federal tax refund website should be used for the status of the refund - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. 

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

Turbo Tax doesn't say or know you received your refund.  Only the IRS can tell you.  Turbo Tax only says the IRS Accepted your tax return for processing, not your refund was approved or sent.
