Turbo card account

I have had a turbo tax and turbo card account for 2 years . Well just about 2 months ago I went on line and requested a new turbo card but instead of sending me a new card that never came when my letter came informing me that my $2800 stimulus money had arrived I went to the phone to call and find out what was going on after trying to access my account through the portal and was turned away because it said my account was closed not to mention when I calll it hangs up on me tells me it's the wrong number that I need support  to call the back of the card  but i have card and no way to get ahold of any one this is the dumbest most inconsiderate company I have ever felt with you people are holding my money closing my accounts ..making it impossible to talk to someone and you want my business again this year I dont think so .... so can somebody please help me
