TTax applied my Fed refund to my State tax liability. I requested the opposite. I want the FULL REFUND direct deposited. How do I make this happen and get verification?

The state tax due does not get applied to the Federal Refund.

You might of had some TurboTax fees charged that reduced some of this refund.
