TT is saying that "since you completed the declaration of appraiser section on Form 8283, you must attach an appraiser signature....". But I made no charitable contributions and never filled out the Form 8283. But I can't file until I submit a signed form.

Yes, I deleted everything I can find with respect to charitable contributions. Also, since I am using the desktop version, rather than online, clearing cache/cookies is n/a. Also, at the screen where it is going to lead me to create the Form 8283 to get an appraiser signature, when I select continue, it goes to the 8822-B, which I've already done. This is clearly a software error that I can't seem to get around.
Lastly, on the page of "Other Deductions", it says to select any that apply. Both "Charitable Contributions" and "Investment Interest Expense" are checked, but I have neither of those AND cannot delete the check marks.
In order for us to troubleshoot this issue, you can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information. If you would like to do this, here are the instructions for TurboTax Desktop users:
We will then be able to review your file to see what you are seeing, and we can determine what is going on in your return and provide you with a suggested resolution.
I would look for the form and any worksheets related to this form and delete them.

Always use extreme caution when deleting information from your tax return. There could be unintended consequences.
Thanks for your response. The problem is, not only is there no Form 8283 showing to delete, but I have also checked the charitable contributions section and it is completely blank. I've also tried entering zeros, and I still get the same thing.
And you looked for and deleted any worksheets related to charitable contributions? If you didn't delete everything related to charitable contributions it will keep coming back.
You might also try these things:
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.

Token Number:61237027-99303306 (restored)
Thank you very much for your assistance!
Not sure why it hid the number but if you need me to resend that, let me know.
I forwarded my file on Wednesday but haven't heard back. Can you please confirm receipt and you are working on a possible solution? Thanks.
Thank you for sending your token. I have your tax file now but I get an error when I attempt to open it: "some formsets are not present on this machine. Please install all formsets". This can happen if the correct state is not installed.
Which state(s) do you have in your return? I will need to install them in order to open your file.
Georgia. Thank you for any help you can provide.
Another week has gone by and still no answer to this issue.
