TT isn’t letting me claim my recovery rebate credit after I filed. I am attempting to amend to claim 600 not received. Credit of 600, but when finalizing its debit.

We filed together. We didn’t get our full amount just shy 600 that wasn’t sent to our bank. When I’m trying to amend it states I have a credit of 600, yet at the end when it’s time to pay/file it states I’m owing 600 when it should be a credit? Anyone else having this issue?

Don't amend just yet. Did you claim the missing $600 as a Recovery Rebate Credit on your initial 2020 return, but the IRS denied it?

I didn’t like a DODO. So yes it’s an amendment to my 2020. So wait?
