Trying to see how can I add my new debit info n if I haven't gotten my W-2 how can I add it are is it a way y'all can pull it up

You can enter any type of tax data using the TurboTax program without having a W-2 at this time.  Just click on the section where you want to enter the data.

What debit info are you referring to?

Importing of Forms W-2 or any Forms 1099 will not be available until late January at the earliest.

If you are talking about the direct deposit or debit info for your refund or payment due  you will need to wait until the return is ready to send as that is taken care of in the FILE tab step 2 which you cannot get to until you can pass the REVIEW tab without issue which cannot happen yet ... read the notes in the REVIEW tab to see what forms are not yet ready in your return.
