Trying to print 2015 tax return and it comes out all garbled up. How can I print it?

1.Sign into your TurboTax account.
2.Click on my tax timeline under My TurboTax.
3.Click on load my tax timeline across from looking for prior year returns.
4.Click on the ">"to the right of the tax year you want.

This is several years late, but I experienced the same problem this year (2024).  TurboTax sent me a replacement CD, but the problem persisted.   The CD never updated when it was initially installed, and there were glitches along the way.  The info looks fine on my computer monitor, but everything is garbled when printed out.  Both my computer and printer are up-to-date, and I can print other documents just fine.

I ended up being out the money I paid for the original software, and having to  file a paper copy of my taxes, along with a letter of explanation to the IRS.  I have used TurboTax for more than 25 years and this is the first time I have had any problem with their software.
