Trying to print 201 X for 2025 prior to filing. Message from TT is that "can't open file". Tried to Refresh but doesn't help

Would like to print a hard copy of the New York 201 X prior to electronic filing of 1040 X and 201 X.

Message from TT for the 201 X when selecting from Print Preview is that "can't open file". Tried to Refresh but doesn't help

Try closing TurboTax, clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser. Also, reboot your computer.

I cannot print any of the Amended New York State 201 forms from the TT Print Preview tab. The message on my screen from Adobe is "Adobe Acrobat reader could not open"

I am able to print the Federal Amended forms

I was advised by a technical friend who viewed my New York State forms online and advised that there appears to be a bug with respect to the State that prevents printing out. 

The explanation given has to do with an initialization failure with zero pages (0 KB) sent to the print pipeline.  No pages can be printed. These are concepts that are far beyond my understanding, and I sincerely rely on TT expertise to resolve so that I can e-file with TT to avoid any complications with New York State.

I presume that TT can efile both the Federal and State forms so that they can proceed with their review even with copies not yet printable - correct?

A further recommendation provided is for TT to start a brand-new return importing the current  .tax 2025 file with TT then rebuilding everything.
