Trying to file with tax advance option takes me to a page that does not exist

More or less title. When I select the option to get up to 4k in advance through Credit Karma, it takes me to Credit Karma where I created an account and logged in then all I get is an error saying "oops, this page does not exist".

I have not yet found a reason for this to happen or how to fix it. Any ideas? Logging out of Turbotax and doing the process over results in the same thing.

That does not provide any helpful info for the problem I am having. When I choose the advance option for the refund, it takes me to Credit Karma and after signing in, the page on Credit Karmas website says oops this page does not exist.

You will need to reach out to Credit Karma to report this issue, as they are the ones processing the Refund Advance.  To do this, please see their Help Page.

The problem appears to lie with Firefox. After trying in Chrome, the problem went away.
