Trying to efile my 2025 return but I keep getting the message that I never completed my 2024 return.

I'm trying to efile my 2025 return and get the message that I didn't complete my 2024 return, and asks if I filed with a different software. I went into my 2024 tax folder and clicked on (Turbo Tax's) filing status and it says that my return was efiled and accepted by the IRS (and the state). I contacted support and they gave me directions on how to recover my password, which isn't the problem I'm having. I am beyond frustrated.

Just indicate you used other software.  And if asked about the 2024 AGI enter the amount from your 2024 federal tax return Form 1040 Line 11.
