Off your limited info what you are saying is his tax filing info comes up as if he is filing his taxes? If this is the case (similar to my own) you are using the same e-mail account when filing but will have separate passwords to get in to each of your tax returns. You may need to go thru "forgot password" and fill in your info to retrieve your individual password to access your tax return info.
