Trying to amend 2020 return but TurboTax online not loading

I'm trying to amend my 2020 return because I incorrectly reported the basis on my RSUs. Based on this previous Q, I know I need to do it online, but the page keeps dropping the connection instead of loading.

Has anyone else faced this issue?

It is too late to amend using the 2020 online program ... the online program is for 2021 returns only.   You must use the download program option and use a WIN or MAC  computer ... you cannot use a phone or notebook.

@Critter-3  According to this article (and posts I've seen) you can amend 2020 online.  Look at the online instructions.  "On your Tax Home, scroll down to Your tax returns & documents, select 2020, then Amend using TurboTax Online".   Is your screenshot older?
