if your direct deposit is not in your account on the day it says sent give it 3 more days.Double check your account information was entered correctly and make sure you did not have any tax offsets leaving you with a $0 refund.Also you could call your bank and see if there is a deposit pending .Hope this helps.

So I reachout to bank they said they cannot help and reach out to irs
