To whom it may concern, I already paid my federal amount due to the IRS via their website directly, however TurboTax still shows that I owe the amount. Is this an error?

No.  Turbo Tax won't know you paid it.  And the IRS doesn't update Turbo Tax when they get it. Turbo Tax always shows your return the way it was when you filed it.  That is just the ending result.

If you paid it as an estimated payment or payment with an extension you do need to enter those.
