I am going to college they request my w-2 for year 2015 and I cannot find my w-2 for that year and how can I get a copy without a fee or have to pay something? Because I don't have a job.

TurboTax does not have a copy of your W-2—the Wage & Tax Statement—issued to you by your employer.  You should always save those documents for your own records. You could ask the employer(s) for copies or you can get a copy from Social Security (for a fee).

Are you really looking for your W-2 or are you incorrectly using that term for your 2015 tax return?  Most college students are seeking copies of their 2015 tax returns.

You should ask your employer for your 2018 W-2.

To print/view a copy of your W-2 data:

• Sign into your account 
• Select Taxes
• My Tax Timeline
• Scroll down to Some things You can Do
• Select Download all forms and worksheets (on the right side of screen)

Open the pdf file, and scroll for the Form W-2: Wage & Tax Statement.

There is no "My Tax Timeline" in the latest software... Is there a different way to get a copy of my w-2 data?
