Ex-spouse closed his 401k/early withdraw, we paid joint taxes (self prepare) 2014. Received letter from IRS stating we owe $4.6k additional in taxes. Am I liable for 1/2?

This is more of a legal than a tax question, and depends in part upon the wording of your divorce decree and property settlement. Please see an attorney.
