Who are "they" ? And why does it matter if you bought the Audit Protection policy?

ARE YOU TELLING ME AUDIT PROTECTION MEENS NOTHING

YOU ARE NOT BEING AUDITED ... so the audit protection doesn't apply ... your return is being reviewed and you must comply with their request as directed so you return can finish processing ...
