Its been more than 21 days since irs accept my return but now they cant provide any information about my refund,and they give me this number to call 1800

What is mean when in wmr site cant provide any information about my refund and they give me this # 800-829-0582 with a ext #362?

There's been a error in your taxes or something is incomplete, definitely call them and they might be able to fix it over the phone

I filled my taxes on jan 22 I received my state but got a letter in the mail that stated it will take up to 60days for the its to review my federal it has been 60 days
