The status beside my last years return says “Printed” instead of “accepted”. What does that mean? And how can I access last years w2s?

It means that you elected to print and mail the return, rather than file the return(s) electronically (or e-file).  

Your Form W-2 is not stored by TurboTax, you would find any copies of those forms either on your computer or on paper filed with your tax documents.  If you did not save your W-2 you can request one from your payroll department. You can review your prior year return for your information that you entered from your 2016 Form W-2.
