The state refund deposited in my bank account is short by $396 from the estimate that was accepted by the state. Why?

I paid the TurboTax on line fees and services by credit card. It should not be any additional deduction from my state refund to pay Turbo Tax.

The state refund deposited in my bank account is short by $396 from the estimate that was accepted by the state. Why?

The state will be sending you a letter. They do not notify TT of any adjustments or offsets that they make.
