The State of Ohio says they overpaid my refund for 2018. The refund I received appears to be accurate. Is this something TurboTax can help with?

TurboTax cannot intervene on your behalf with either the IRS or a State tax authority.

If you entered correctly all of your W-2's and the state is reporting to you that one of the W-2's has not been received then you can contact the state and provide a copy of that W-2.

Review the W-2 ... is your SS# on it correct ?

I am away from my home where I keep my original records so I can't say for sure. However the forms available on TurboTax have my correct SSN on the 3 W2s that I filed. I printed and copied those pages and have mailed them to the State of Ohio. It was an obvious oversight on their part.
