I have checked their website numerous times, for a year now.  Checked it again, before I sent the previous message.  Can you resend it to them?

No. Turbo Tax does not see anyone's return and it is not stored or saved.  Once you file, you will receive two emails advising you of the return being submitted and either approved or rejected. If you opted in for text messages, you would have received that as well.

You may need to file it again if they are saying it was never received.
