The last two years I got Schedule A & C with my return documents, but this year they were not included, and I can't ask a person about it unless I upgrade. Suggestion?

Your post shows you are using the Self-Employed edition so you have live TurboTax phone support available

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

Note:  The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.
