The IRS website says it deposited my refund amount to my bank account, but my bank has not in fact received it. I can't contact anyone at IRS. What do I do?

Once Where's My Refund? shows "Refund Sent" and a date, it could take up to 5 days for it to be reflected in your bank account, it all depends on the bank, how and when funds are credited. Also if you used the refund processing service, this can add a couple days. When you sign up for Pay With My Refund, your refund will be handled through the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG, formerly SBBT).
