The IRS website said my 2020 federal return was sent on the 2nd of February 2022 but never arrived at my bank what should I do

bad a/c or routing # will result in the refund to be returned to the IRS and a paper check issued which can take weeks or more. it will be sent to the address on the 2021 return I believe

you can always try to contact the IRS.
