If your check went to a closed account it will go back to the IRS and then the IRS will mail you a check. There is not a way to change your banking information with the IRS at this time. The IRS uses the banking information from your most recently filed and processed tax return.

Thank you, but I updated my banking information and did my 2020 tax returns before the stimulus was set to come out. Oh well. I will wait for the check.
